To many of our men, Europeans seem like weaklings who can’t stand up for themselves. In case of conflict, they don’t “settle things like men,” they don’t fight — they go straight to the police. In our culture, this kind of behavior is often seen as a sign of weakness.
But in reality, it’s the flip side of being civilized. The more developed a society is, the less it glorifies brute strength, and the more it fosters a culture of mutual respect, tolerance, and peaceful conflict resolution.
In such societies, everyday aggression decreases — in families, on the streets, and in the workplace. This can be seen even in the kinds of activities people choose: instead of boxing, wrestling, or karate classes, you see more public speaking schools, emotional intelligence workshops, and communication skills training.
Naturally, the mindset of men in these societies shifts as well. They become less harsh and aggressive. But this isn’t weakness — it’s civilization.
